New Job...Suite!!

Convention Center and Pan Pacific Hotel

This week I started a new job with Pathfinders Youth Society. I am now a Facilitator for their Hospitality and Tourism Program. This is a 6 month program and we have 12 participants who spend 12 weeks doing practicums at restaurants or hotels. I get to go visit them at work so today I visited the Pan Pacific, a 5 star hotel in downtown Vancouver and was given a tour through their nicest suites...and their laundry facility!!


Here is a view of the new Convention Center that is being built....on the water literally. You can see Stanley Park behind, the Lions Gate Bridge and the North Shore Mountains. Yesterday was crystal clear but unfortunately today the clouds set in!
